EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Don’t stress—you have time.
Extended Christmas Returns/Exchanges: All purchases made between 1 November 2023 and 25 December 2023 qualify for our extended returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, our extended returns policy for goods bought during this period allows you to return any item before 31 January 2024. All other refund and exchange terms and conditions remain the same.
Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed on any product you buy from us. Peruvian Connection will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for refund or exchange when items are returned within 30 days (with tags attached) or 14 days for wallpaper (see separate wallpaper return policy below). Your refund for the returned merchandise will be credited back to the original order payment method. Gift returns are credited to a gift card.
Items returned after 30 days, but within 90 days, will be credited at the current selling price. A refund will be issued as a merchandise credit to be used on your next purchase/exchange. Items returned after 90 days will be shipped back to the customer.
Return costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. Additional delivery charges will not be applied on any exchange order if the merchandise is of equal or lesser value.
Customs, duties and other handling charges relating to imported goods are not refundable.
RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CATALOGUE AND ONLINE PURCHASES:
We have changed our returns procedure. From 19 June 2023, your orders are now shipped from our headquarters in the United States.
We hope that you like the goods you have ordered from us. However, if you need to return the goods within the allotted time frame, please follow these steps:
- For orders shipped through 16 June 2023 from our UK facility, please use the returns label on your invoice, and your return will be routed to the US facility for processing.
- For orders shipped from 19 June 2023 forward, customers must use our online returns portal: Click here to return your item(s)
Please note that some shipping options may require a printer. If assistance is needed, please contact Customer Service.
For orders shipped after 19 June 2023, goods can only be returned via our online returns portal. Peruvian Connection LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, packages returned to us using a different delivery method, or returned to an address other than that stated on the returns portal label. Returns will NOT be accepted to the return address printed on the invoice/package label.

You are responsible for paying for all items until the return is safely received by us.
If you paid by credit card, the purchase price will be refunded to you upon receipt of the goods, provided they are in perfect condition. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Our wallpaper is a Final Sale item and cannot be returned unless unopened and in original packaging. Unopened wallpaper rolls in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. Wallpaper samples are not returnable.
Please check with a professional wallpaper installer before ordering to provide you with exact quantities required. Peruvian Connection is not liable for incorrect quantities ordered.
We highly recommend purchasing wallpaper samples to verify the colour and finish are acceptable. You may purchase the wallpaper samples by clicking this link. We also highly recommend purchasing all wallpaper needed for a project at one time for the best colour consistency. We also recommend purchasing overage to allow for installation waste, and we suggest purchasing one extra roll to allow for any errors in measurements or installation.
Defective or damaged wallpaper must be reported immediately, prior to cutting the wallpaper, by calling Customer Service at 0800 072 14 14. Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Liability will not exceed the invoiced value of the product. Peruvian Connection is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, financial, or other losses or exemplary damages.
You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch it by contacting us. As we do not charge a card until items are despatched, no costs will have been incurred and your card will not have been charged. (If you ordered from the catalogue and paid by cheque or postal order your cheque /postal order would have been banked upon receipt, as indicated on the order form, so in the event of cancellation you would be refunded in full by cheque.)
On the receipt of order-cancellation instructions all items on that order, including free gifts and/or promotion-linked discounted items, will be cancelled.
All received items including any intrinsic accessories (such as slips, belts, jewellery etc, supplied as part of an item) free gifts and promotion-linked items must be returned to Peruvian Connection® as detailed in ‘Return Policy’ above. In such an instance of order cancellation, in addition to the return of all received items, we would also require your simultaneous instructions to cancel any pending items not yet received, as/if applicable.
