Peruvian Connection Spring ’25 Showcase Pima Essential Giveaway – UK Edition

 

ELIGIBILITY: Void where prohibited by law. This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Peruvian Connection and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and individuals residing in the same household) are not eligible to participate. Additionally, employees of any of Peruvian Connection's affiliates, subsidiaries, or promotional partners are not eligible to participate.

No purchase is necessary, and purchase will not improve the chances of winning.

HOW IT WORKS:

Peruvian Connection will host a Spring ’25 Showcase on Tuesday, 11 February, 2025, during which one (1) winner will be selected at random to win a Pima Cotton Essential product. The giveaway will take place via a Zoom session. Zoom is not a sponsor of this giveaway, and by participating, entrants agree to release Zoom from any and all liability related to the giveaway.

The winner will be selected and notified on the zoom showcase.

Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the giveaway, participants must attend the Spring ’25 Showcase Zoom session on Tuesday, 11 February, 2025 and be present at the time of the prize draw. All entries are subject to verification, and any incomplete or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

Entries must be submitted by attending the Spring ’25 Showcase live session. No alternative methods of entry will be accepted.

WINNER SELECTION:

One (1) winner will be selected at random during the live Spring ’25 Showcase Zoom session. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants attending the session. Winner will receive one (1) Pima Cotton Essential product, with the specific product (style, size, and colour) to be chosen by the winner, subject to availability.

Winners will be notified immediately after the session ends. The winners will have 7 days to confirm their acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe or fails to provide required details (such as size, style, and colour preference) within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.

PRIZE:

The winner will receive one (1) Pima Cotton Essential product, with the specific product (style, size, and colour) to be chosen from a list of provided options by the winner, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered unless agreed upon by Peruvian Connection.

Prize details (style, size, and colour) are subject to availability. If the selected prize is unavailable, a comparable prize will be offered at the sole discretion of Peruvian Connection.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Winner(s) agrees to allow Peruvian Connection to use his or her name in promotional materials related to this Giveaway or Contest without any further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Entry in Giveaway or Contest constitutes consent to the transfer of the personal information collected from the entrant to the hosts for the purposes of administering the Giveaway or Contest and for such other purposes to which entrant may consent as outlined herein. All information submitted to the hosts as part of this Giveaway or Contest will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy of Peruvian Connection located at: https://www.peruvianconnection.com/privacypolicy

By entering Giveaway or Contest, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and any decision the hosts make regarding this promotion. Peruvian Connection reserves the right to disqualify from the Giveaway or Contest, and to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law, any entrant or Winner who, in the hosts’ reasonable suspicion, tampers with its website, the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive matter.

Giveaway and Contest are subject solely to the applicable federal, state, and local laws of the United States; provided, however, that except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state courts located in the Tonganoxie, Kansas, area; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway or Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Peruvian Connection in connection with the Giveaway or Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kansas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.

Any dispute or situation not covered by the Official Rules will be resolved by the hosts’ management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. In addition, the hosts reserve the right to void any entry, and/or to change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time, without prior notice. Typographical and other errors are subject to correction. Void where prohibited by law.
