By using this website, you are agreeing to accept these Terms and Conditions of its Use, and in purchasing from it you accept our Terms and Conditions of Purchase & Trading.
All material and content on this website is the sole intellectual property of Peruvian Connection®. As such, it may not be used by any party without our express written consent, and the unauthorized use of any material or content violates copyright and intellectual property laws.
Our terms of trading, and all aspects of our trading, are in accordance with, or in addition to, your statutory rights, which are safeguarded when you shop with Peruvian Connection®.
Terms of Purchase
We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Peruvian Connection® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit /debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Peruvian Connection® will issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If we do need to cancel your order, we will keep you fully informed and try to offer you an alternative choice, if appropriate. We will not send you substitute items without your consent.
Please note that our receipt of an order via website, email, post/mail, fax or telephone and our confirmation of its receipt, do not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfillment of that order. Whilst we diligently strive to fulfil all our orders as efficiently as possible, we cannot promise that the items featured in our limited edition, artisan-crafted, seasonal collections will be permanently available throughout the lifetime of that collection, see 'Product Availability'.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the catalogue going to press and the concurrent launch of the collection on the website. The price of an item is valid for the duration of the seasonal collection in which it features. We reserve the right to amend the prices should there be a change in the rate of VAT.
Return Policy: Returns and Exchanges
All our fine products are quaranteed to be satisfactory. Should an item not meet your expectations upon receipt please return it to us in its original, unworn, unused and unmodified condition, with the completed returns form, and we will promptly and courteously exchange it or refund you, in the same form as the original payment, as you instruct. (NB: postal orders sent as payment for a catalogue order will be refunded in the form of a cheque.)

For your protection, please obtain the necessary insurance & proof of posting/return when you return items to us as Peruvian Connection® cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
If you no longer have your returns form (found on the reverse side of the invoice/despatch note accompanying your order) click here for a new Return/Exchange Form. If you need assistance with your return, please contact Customer Service free of charge on 0800 072 14 14 within the UK or +44 1491 878 400 from outside the UK (Mon.–Fri. 8am–7pm).
If you request an exchange, the cost of your returned merchandise will be refunded to the card originally used for payment and the cost of the exchange merchandise will be debited from that card on despatch. If you originally paid for a catalogue order by cheque/postal order and your exchange merchandise costs more, we shall require the additional payment before despatch; if your exchange costs less you will receive a cheque refund for the difference in cost.
Unsuitable gifts may be returned by the recipient for exchange or a refund in the form of a gift card; financial refunds for gift purchases can be given only to the original purchaser.
Exchange merchandise will be despatched free of any additional delivery charge (original/standard international methods only -- Next Day Delivery/additional addresses for exchanges will incur the further charges detailed on the Delivery pages of this site).
The delivery charge is not refundable after the 7-day cooling off period stipulated by the European Distance Selling Regulations, nor if part of the order is retained. Gift Wrap charges and supplementary costs for Next Day Delivery are non-refundable as we would have fulfilled that part of the additional service you had requested. Return costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are upheld.
Peruvian Connection® kindly requests that all non-sale returns be made within 30 days. Catalogue and Online Outlet Clearance sale returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Retail Store purchases must be returned to the same store in accord with the returns policy detailed in the store.
If you return goods bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if by returning goods you then fall below the discount/offer threshold as that offer will no longer apply.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch it by contacting us. As we do not charge a card until items are despatched, no costs will have been incurred and your card will not have been charged. (If you ordered from the catalogue and paid by cheque or postal order your cheque /postal order would have been banked upon receipt, as indicated on the order form, so in the event of cancellation you would be refunded in full by cheque.)
On the receipt of order-cancellation instructions all items on that order, including free gifts and/or promotion-linked discounted items, will be cancelled.
You may also cancel your order within 30 days of its receipt by returning it to us, in its entirety, for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. The delivery charge is not refundable after the 7-day cancellation period stipulated by the European Distance Selling Regulations; in the event of cancellation of a received order, the additional terms detailed above in Return Policy apply.
All received items including any intrinsic accessories (such as slips, belts, jewellery etc, supplied as part of an item) free gifts and promotion-linked items must be returned to Peruvian Connection® as detailed in ‘Return Policy’ above. In such an instance of order cancellation, in addition to the return of all received items, we would also require your simultaneous instructions to cancel any pending items not yet received, as/if applicable.
Amount Off Promotion Policy
Peruvian Connection will occasionally offer a promotion for a specified amount off purchases made (for example, £25 off purchases of £150 or more). Any such promotion is valid only on new orders placed during the time of the promotion, and is not valid in combination with any other offers or on exchange orders. For returned merchandise, the discount will be pro-rated proportionally to all items based on the original order value. "Original order value" is defined as the final, total cost of all merchandise at the time of the initial purchase.
Fire Safety
Our nightwear and loungewear has not been subjected to BS 5722 flammability testing. For your safety, please ensure that it is kept well away from fire and naked flames at all times.
