Delivery to Destinations Within the United Kingdom:
Prices are charged in pounds sterling, including V.A.T., and a delivery charge of £5.25 will be added to your order total.
For next business day service in the UK, please add an extra £4.70 (to make a total of £9.95) and place your order by 12 noon for despatch that day. For 2-day trackable delivery, please add an extra £1.00 (to make a total of £6.25). Orders placed on Friday after 12PM, Saturday or Sunday using a next business day service will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM, Saturday or Sunday using the 2-day trackable delivery will be delivered the following Wednesday. Backordered items will be shipped by standard delivery unless otherwise requested (contact Customer Service at 0800 072 14 14, Mon-Fri, 8 am-7 pm).
Delivery to Destinations Outside the United Kingdom:
If your order is destined for a country outside the U.K., a total post and packing charge of £15 will be added to your order. For more information, please see International Orders.
Many of the items you'll see in this collection require considerable time to make, and are made in limited editions and colours. As production times vary, we will despatch items as they become available, unless you specify otherwise. See Product Availability. Of course, you may cancel your order at any time before despatch by contacting us. Your credit/debit card will not have been charged so you will incur no costs. (If you ordered by post from the catalogue and paid by cheque or postal order, your cheque / postal order will necessarily have been banked upon receipt so should you choose to cancel before despatch you would receive a full refund in the form of a cheque.)
You may also cancel your order after despatch within 30 days of its receipt by returning it to us in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid or an exchange. Please note: the standard delivery cost is refunded only if you cancel the order by returning it to us, in its entirety, within the 14-day cooling off period stipulated by the EU Distance Selling Regulations.
