Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed on any product you buy from us. Peruvian Connection will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for refund or exchange when items are returned within 30 days (with tags attached). Your refund for the returned merchandise will be credited back to the original order payment method. Gift returns are credited to a gift card.
Items returned after 30 days, but within 90 days, will be credited at the current selling price. A refund will be issued as a merchandise credit to be used on your next purchase/exchange. Items returned after 90 days will be shipped back to the customer.
Return costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. Additional delivery charges will not be applied on any exchange order if the merchandise is of equal or lesser value.
Allow up to three weeks for your return to be received and processed. If we have your email address, we will send an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. Extended Christmas Returns/Exchanges
All purchases made between 1st December 2016 and 25th December 2016 qualify for our extended returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase our extended returns policy for goods bought during this period allows you to return any item before 31st of January 2017. All other refund and exchange terms and conditions remain the same.

Items purchased at our London store can be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase, if they are unworn, unwashed, or defective (with tags still attached). The receipt must be included with the return. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method, or a gift card will be issued. Approved returns paid by cash or check will be refunded by corporate check.

You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch it by contacting us. As we do not charge a card until items are despatched, no costs will have been incurred and your card will not have been charged. (If you ordered from the catalogue and paid by cheque or postal order your cheque /postal order would have been banked upon receipt, as indicated on the order form, so in the event of cancellation you would be refunded in full by cheque.)
On the receipt of order-cancellation instructions all items on that order, including free gifts and/or promotion-linked discounted items, will be cancelled.
All received items including any intrinsic accessories (such as slips, belts, jewellery etc, supplied as part of an item) free gifts and promotion-linked items must be returned to Peruvian Connection® as detailed in ‘Return Policy’ above. In such an instance of order cancellation, in addition to the return of all received items, we would also require your simultaneous instructions to cancel any pending items not yet received, as/if applicable.
