Our Guarantee To You:
Every care has been taken to portray and describe our goods accurately. However, slight variations in actual goods may occur and a specification change may have become necessary during production. Whenever possible, we shall inform you of any changes when you place your order, and you may return any item should it fail to satisfy.
All our fine products are guaranteed to be satisfactory. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, please return it to us, in its original condition, within 30 days (14 days for Sale items). We shall exchange it or refund its purchase price, in accordance with your wishes (see Return Policy). The delivery charge is not refundable after the 14-day cooling off period stipulated by the European Distance Selling Regulations, nor if part of the order is retained. Gift Wrap charges and supplementary costs for Express Delivery are non-refundable. Return costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are upheld.
Product Availability Promise:
Our original design, limited edition merchandise is available only through Peruvian Connection. We make every effort to keep all pieces of our collection in stock but occasionally demand exceeds our limited edition supply. Since most of our items involve custom yarns and fabrics not otherwise available and some pieces can require considerable time to handcraft, on occasions the delivery time could exceed 30 days. Please see ‘Terms of Purchase’. We promise not to charge your credit/debit card until your items are packed and ready to despatch (cheques/postal orders accompanying a mail order are necessarily banked upon receipt – please call if you wish to change your method of payment). You may cancel your order at any time before despatch by contacting us. Furthermore, in accordance with your statutory rights enhanced by our terms of trading, you may cancel it within 30 days of its receipt by returning it to us (please see ‘Delivery Info’ and ‘Cancellations').
